Item 1 

Date: 03/24/2025 Time: 9:54 PM Jurisdiction – Hopewell Borough
Type of Incident: DUI
Accused Name: Mark Barber
Accused Address: Atlantic Street Highlands, NJ 07732
Investigating Officer: Vincent Amabile 

Details: On March 24, 2025 at approximately 9:54PM Officer Amabile responded to West Broad Street for a reported motor vehicle crash. The caller stated that the vehicle in question struck a parked car and the driver was attempting to flee. Officer Amabile made contact with the suspect’s vehicle on West Broad Street slightly further in the eastbound directed stopped in the roadway. Officer Amabile made contact with the driver, identified as Mark Barber who showed obvious signs of intoxication. Barber was asked to step from the vehicle and performed field sobriety testing roadside. At the completion of the tests, Barber was placed under arrest and transported to HTPD for processing. Barber was charged with DUI, Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, Failure to Maintain Lane, Driving while Suspended, Failure to produce license, Registration and insurance documents, and Unlicensed Driver. Barber was also found to have an active NCIC warrant. Barber was lodged in the Mercer County Corrections Center pending his court date. The matter will be heard in Municipal Court.

Type of Incident: Theft / Burglary 
Investigating: Jonathan Pauciullo 

Details: On March 28, 2025 Officer Pauciullo responded to Mercer Meadows on Federal City Road for a reported Car Burglary. The victim stated that their vehicle was parked in the parking lot at approximately 9:00 AM. When the victim returned to the vehicle at approximately 9:50AM the vehicle’s front passenger side window was smashed. The interior of the vehicle appeared to have been rummaged through and items were found to be missing from inside. The items included prescription glasses, $750 in cash, identification and credit cards. The incident is under investigation.

Accused Name: Lori Bostic 
Accused Address: Manor Road Hatboro, PA 19040 
Investigating Officer: Michael Enriquez 

Details: On March 28, 2025 Officer Enriquez responded to Burroughs Ave for a reported party slumped over the wheel of their vehicle which was parked in the roadway. The driver was identified as Lori Bostic. Bostic was arrested on scene after field sobriety testing was completed. Bostic was transported to HTPD for processing and was later released from custody. The matter will be heard in Municipal Court.

Date: 03/29/2025 Time: 8:48 AM Jurisdiction – Hopewell Township 
Type of Incident: Warrant Arrest 
Accused Name: Andy Rodriguez 
Accused Address: Sickles St Manhattan NY 10040 
Investigating Officer: Blake DeMeter 

Details: On March 29, 2025 Officer DeMeter responded to the area of Rt 518/New Road for a report of a male sleeping on the front lawn of a residence. Officer DeMeter made contact with the individual, later identified as Andy Rodriguez. Rodriguez advised that he was resting and looking for a place to catch a bus. Officer DeMeter checked the subject for warrants and did confirm an NCIC warrant for Rodriguez. He was placed under arrest on scene and transported to HTPD for processing. Rodriguez was later transported to Mercer County Corrections Center in default. The matter will be heard in Superior Court.

Date: 03/29/2025 Time: 10:56 PM Jurisdiction – Hopewell Township 
Type of Incident: Warrant Arrest 
Accused Name: Louis Desulme 
Accused Address: 22nd St Paterson, NJ 07514 
Investigating Officer: Eric Lei 

Details: On March 29, 2025 Officer Lei conducted a motor vehicle stop on Bear Tavern Road on a white box truck for a 4 ton limit violation. Contact was made with the driver, identified as Louis Desulme who was found to have an active traffic warrant for his arrest out of Raritan Township. He was arrested on scene and transported to HTPD for processing. Desulme was released on his own recognizance and provided with a new court date. He was also issued summonses for Truck Route Violation and Failure to possess a driver’s license. The matter will be heard in Municipal Court.

Date: 03/31/2025 Time: 9:32 AM Jurisdiction – Hopewell Township 
Type of Incident: Theft 
Investigating Officer: Ryan Finnegan 

Details: On March 31, 2025 Officer Finnegan responded to Hopewell Parc South for a report of stolen copper cables. Upon arrival, Finnegan made contact with construction on site who reported that approximately 100 feet of copper cable was stolen totaling approximately $1400. The theft took place between March 28 and March 31. The incident is under investigation.

Date: 03/31/2025 Time: 12:02 PM Jurisdiction – Hopewell Township 
Type of Incident: Theft / Fraud 
Investigating Officer: Michael Crincoli 

Details: On March 31, 2025 Officer Crincoli met with the victim of Fraud and Theft in the HTPD lobby. The victim reported that an unknown party withdrew $1,000 from their Paypal account. The victim noticed the suspicious activity on their account on the same date. The victim’s bank was notified of the incident and although no further losses have been incurred, the $1,000 withdrawal is still outstanding and under review. The incident is under investigation.

Type of Incident: Theft 
Accused Name: Okeria Harvey 
Accused Address: Forge Circle Pennington, NJ 08534 
Investigating Officer: Ryan Finnegan 

Details: On March 31, 2025 Officer Finnegan responded to Forge Circle for a reported stolen package. The victim stated that their package was stolen totaling $266. Follow-up investigation and surveillance review enabled Finnegan to identify the suspect as Okeria Harvey of Pennington. Harvey was arrested on April 4, 2025 by Officer Finnegan. She was processed and served with a summons, charging her with Theft. Harvey was released from custody pending a court date. The matter will be heard in Superior Court.
