Details: On 8/28/2025 Officer Pizzola responded to Aaron Truehart Way for multiple reports of vehicle burglaries in the area. Victims advised that the vehicles were left unlocked overnight and items were missing from inside, including US currency. The vehicle’s themselves were not stolen during the incident. Surveillance video of the suspects / incidents was provided to police on scene. The investigation is active and ongoing. Details: On August 30, 2025 Officer Stanton responded to It’s Nutts Restaurant in Titusville for a report of theft. The reporting party advised that used cooking oil was stolen from the parking lot of the establishment overnight. The used oil is sold by the restaurant to one vendor on a weekly basis. Surveillance video showed an unidentified white van at the establishment. Two male parties are seen on video syphoning the oil and leaving the scene. The investigation is ongoing.

Accused Name: Kelly Widener 
Accused Address: Baldwin Ct Pennington, NJ 08534 
Investigating Officer: Brandon Kuzma 
Charges: DUI 

Details: On September 1, 2025 Officer Kuzma responded to the Blackwell Rd near the Pennington Circle for a report of a single car motor vehicle crash. He observed a Gray Subaru stuck in a ditch off the roadway. Officer Kuzma made contact with the driver, who showed signs of intoxication. The driver, identified as Kelly Widener, was asked to perform field sobriety testing roadside. At the completion of which, Widender was placed under arrest for DUI. She was transported to HTPD for processing and later released from custody. Widener was charged with DUI, Reckless Driving, Failure to Maintain Lane, and Open Container. The matter will be heard in Municipal Court.

Details: On 9/7/2025, Officer Blake responded to John Vanzandt Drive for a report of theft. The site manager reported that $1,000 in copper piping was stolen from the property. The theft took place between 9/2 and 9/3 overnight. The copper piping was reportedly cut out of the ground on site. Further investigation is ongoing at this time.
