Date: 11/05/2025 Time: 01:11 PM Jurisdiction – Hopewell Township
Type of Incident: Burglary/Theft
Investigating Officer: Maria Gavdanovich
Details: On 11/05/2025 Officer Gavdanovich responded to HTPD for a theft report. The victim reported that an unknown individual entered her work vehicle and stole credit cards and cash from her wallet. Victim reported she believed the incident took place at the Rosedale Park parking lot located on Blackwell Rd. Victim reported a fraudulent transaction in the amount of $2,345.77 had been approved and another attempted transaction for $1,386.11 was declined. Both charges were made at Bloomingdale’s.
The incident remains under investigation.

Type of Incident: DUI
Accused Name: Estacio Quinonez Carlos
Accused Address: Independence Ave, Canoga Park, CA
Investigating Officer: Michael Enriquez
Details: On 11/09/2025 Officer Enriquez while conducting routine patrol, observed a vehicle traveling at a high-rate speed in the area of Rt 546. A motor vehicle stop was conducted, and officer Enriquez made contact with the driver Estracio Quinonez Carlos. During the interaction an odor of alcoholic beverage was detected and Carlos exhibited slurred speech. Officer Enriquez also observed two bottles of corona beer in the cup holder. Field sobriety tests were administered, and Carlos was arrested for DUI and transported to HTPD for processing. He was later released after being charged with DUI, Reckless Driving and Refusal. The matter will be heard in Municipal Court.

Type of Incident: Theft
Investigating Officer: Paul Alvaro
Details: On 11/11/2025 Officer Alvaro responded to the Collections at Hopewell for a report of theft of lumber. Victim reported theft of approximately 250 pieces of 2x4x14 lumber during the overnight hours of 11/10/2025 into 11/11/2025, totaling approximately $1,057.50 in loss of material. There are no surveillance cameras on the property. The incident remains under investigation.

Date: 11/13/2025 Time: 02:53 PM Jurisdiction – Hopewell Township
Type of Incident: Theft
Investigating Officer: Michael Enriquez
Details: On 11/13/2025 Officer Enriquez responded to Todd Devins Food Equipment for a reported theft. Victim reported that three unknown suspects drove a blue Ram pickup truck to the rear of the warehouse and stole six kitchen equipment shelves. The stolen items were valued at approximately $3,000. The victim will be providing video footage of the incident. The incident remains under investigation.

Type of Incident: House Fire/ Smoke Condition
Investigating Officer: Brandon Kuzma
Details: On 11/14/2025 Officer Kuzma responded to Wilfred Ave for a reported fully involved house fire. The Fire Department successfully extinguished the fire and it was confirmed that no persons were inside the residence. The fire was later determined to not have been suspicious in nature. The incident remains under investigation by Station 53’s Fire Marshall.

Type of Incident: Fraud / Theft
Investigating Officer: Arthur Juba
Details: On 11/14/2025 Officer Juba responded to Rosedale Mills for a report of fraud. Victim reported she received a fraudulent email instructing her to forward payments to a new account. She made three payments before being notified by the company that no payments were received. She then realized the email was fraudulent. The victim reported a total loss of $6,947.16. The incident remains under investigation.
