Officer Commendation
Overview
Hopewell Township Police Department employees come in contact with many people on a day-to-day basis. Frequently citizens wish to commend an employee for a job well done or to express their appreciation for handling a situation in a noteworthy manner.
Commend an Officer
Obtain a copy of the Police Department Officer Commendation Form (PDF). Copies of the form will be forwarded to the employee and also placed in the employee's personnel file. The completed form should be forwarded to:
